Symbiotic Systems
In this series of sculptures, I explore the dynamics of communities and social networks, using pairs of identical small sculptures I refer to as components. These components symbolize the unique individuals within communities, with inherent potential for growth and transformation. From these pairs, I select one sculpture to construct a larger system, representing the collective strength and cooperation of the community. Through this exploration, I invite viewers to reflect on the interplay between individuality and collective identity, recognizing the power of communities to evolve, adapt, and effect change.
